Job summary

AppleCare Technologies is seeking an experienced BPR Manager for the Enterprise & Channel Sales Portfolio. Austin-based role leading a high-caliber team steering cross-functional initiatives that expand AppleCare across Enterprise, Education, Carrier, and Reseller channels.

You will own portfolio governance, drive architectural integrity, and partner with Sales, ASE, SDS, IS&T, and Geo Expansion to deliver scalable, data-driven transformations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct people management experience.
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale, global cross-functional technology projects.
• Deep technical proficiency across SDLC, SOA, API lifecycle management, and systems design principles.
• Experience delivering ERP SAP, CRM/CMS platforms, and B2B web applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Technical Program and Project Managers.
• Lead capital planning and portfolio roadmap definition with ROI evaluation.
• Manage project prioritization and resource allocation across global teams.
• Drive large-scale enterprise system implementations and integrations (ERP, CRM/CMS, B2B).
• Identify and execute business process re-engineering initiatives to streamline workflows.
• Ensure alignment with executive leadership and governance across AppleCare.
• Incorporate AI/ML and automation into SDLC and operations.
