Job summary

AppleCare Technologies Sunnyvale is seeking an experienced BPR Manager for the Enterprise & Channel Sales Portfolio. You will lead and mentor a high-caliber team of project managers driving cross-functional initiatives across AppleCare and global enterprise ecosystems.

You will own portfolio governance, drive architectural integrity, lead capital planning, and partner with Sales, ASE, SDS, and operations teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of direct people management experience leading Technical Program Managers or Project Managers.
8+ years of experience managing large-scale, global cross-functional technology projects.
Deep technical proficiency across the SDLC, service-oriented architectures, API lifecycle management, and systems design principles.
Experience delivering enterprise systems implementations and integrations such as ERP (SAP), CRM/CMS platforms, and data analytics platforms.
Strong portfolio, budget, and capital management skills with resource allocation and deadline management.
Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills coordinating engineering and business leadership.
Hands-on, analytical problem solver with strategic perspective and deep technical dive ability.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Technical Program and Project Managers.
Drive capital planning and portfolio roadmap definition with leadership to evaluate ROI and prioritize investments.
Manage project prioritization and resource allocation across global commitments.
Drive large-scale enterprise system implementations and integrations (ERP, CRM/CMS, B2B engines, APIs).
Identify and execute business process re-engineering initiatives to remove bottlenecks in end-to-end workflows.
Manage dependencies and risks, establish cutover strategies and post-implementation reviews.
Incorporate AI/ML, data intelligence, and automation into workflows and SDLC practices.
Facilitate executive alignment and escalation management across matrixed orgs.
Propose strategic AppleCare BPR initiatives to elevate PM standards and tooling.
Communicate health of programs and negotiate trade-offs with stakeholders.
