Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline as listed.
• 4+ years of engineering project management or technical program management experience.
• Experience influencing architecture and integration decisions with engineering teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise‑level systems and their interdependencies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead multiple complex technical projects balancing scope, schedule and budget.
• Drive the design process from requirements through solution architecture and vetting.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, operations, and partners to ensure scalable solutions.
• Translate service operations and customer journeys into technology development lifecycles.
• Collaborate with data scientists and architects to define requirements including AI/ML and automation.
• Manage risks and testability across the project lifecycle.
