Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a senior leader for Americas Operations BPR Portfolio Management. You will own end-to-end planning, governance, and execution of a portfolio of improvement initiatives across AMR Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in program/project management, ops, or process improvement; 5+ years leading teams.
• Proven track record leading regional cross-functional project portfolios with governance.
• Experience leading automation, workflow improvement, or systems integration projects.
• Strong analytical skills and executive-ready reporting ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to work with remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Operations Project Managers aligned to AMR Operations workstreams and initiatives; ensure clear ownership across active portfolio.
• Own rhythm and quality of portfolio reviews, establish tiered cadence with clear owners and milestones.
• Scoping and delivering BPR initiatives; partner with functional leads to prioritize opportunities across AMR Operations.
• Lead portfolio management tooling roadmap; deliver enhancements for automated tracking and visibility.
• Define and publish key metrics for projects and delivery performance; build leadership dashboards.
• Foster cross-functional partnership with Operations, Finance, IS&T, and key stakeholders.
• Serve as the functional lead for AMR Operations BPR in Apple's Annual Business Planning Process.
