AppleCare Technologies seeks a BPR Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional technical projects across AppleCare, partnering with engineering and IS&T teams to drive architecture and implementation. The role emphasizes scalable, well-tested solutions and readiness across business units.

You will manage scoping, requirements, and governance while coordinating with diagnostics, hardware repair, and service engineers. A strong background in enterprise systems and AI/ML is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a closely related technical discipline, such as engineering or CS.
• 4+ years delivering large-scale cross-functional systems or engineering programs.
• Experience influencing architecture and integration decisions with engineering teams.
• Background with enterprise systems (SAP or equivalent) and dependencies.
• Familiarity with hardware repair, diagnostics, or service engineering environments.
• Experience coordinating global programs with regional requirements.
• Experience presenting technical updates to diverse stakeholders.
• Delivery of projects incorporating AI/ML or automation as core design.
• Ability to drive change management for system and process transitions.
• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain planning, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead multiple complex technical projects balancing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Drive design processes from requirements to solution architecture and vetting.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and partners.
• Translate service operations knowledge into technology development lifecycles.
• Collaborate with data scientists and solution architects on technical options including AI/ML.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and testability throughout the lifecycle.
• Support capital planning and governance for new projects and scope changes.
• Ensure readiness for design reviews, UAT, cutover, and change management.
