Qualifications

• Completion of a high school program or equivalent.
• Three years of related office work experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and mentor student box office assistants.
• Build and maintain ticketing for events.
• Oversee ticket inventory and sales.
• Respond to patron inquiries by phone, email, online, and in person.
• Establish customer service standards focused on a high-quality, inclusive guest experience and ADA compliance.
• Reconcile ticket sales and oversee cash handling and deposits.
• Serve as a liaison with clients and event stakeholders.
• Provide on-site box office supervision for events.
• Coordinate staffing and event coverage.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support smooth event operations.
