Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a part-time Box Office Representative to assist guests at live events. Responsibilities

Sell admission tickets at events.
Greet guests at the box office with superior customer service.
Assist in opening and closing box office procedures.
Identify will-call orders by name, email, and order number.
Help customers with mobile tickets and seat selection.
Answer questions in person and over the phone, and process payments.
Direct guests to restrooms, concessions, and designated seating zones.
Ensure safety rules are followed and resolve seating disputes.
