Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process ticket sales in person, by phone, and online.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Develop group sales leads and assist with group sales and lunch reservations.
• Monitor attendance and box office sales; maintain transaction records.
• Balance and secure the sales drawer and prepare routine sales reports.
• Prepare ticket orders and confirmations.
• Manage usher recruitment, scheduling, and assignments.
• Assist with show-night preparations, special events, and season launches.
• Maintain ticketing system information and load new seasons.
• Assist with administrative projects and mailings as needed.
