See it for yourself at Elimpark.orgResponsibilitiesProcess ticket sales in person, by phone, and onlineProvide friendly, professional customer service and respond to patron inquiriesDevelop group sales leads and assist with group sales and lunch reservationsMonitor attendance and box office sales and maintain accurate transaction recordsBalance and secure the sales drawer and prepare routine sales reportsPrepare ticket orders and confirmationsManage usher recruitment, scheduling, and assignmentsAssist with show-night preparations, special events, promotions, and season launchesMaintain ticketing system information, including loading new seasonsAssist with administrative projects, mailings, and other duties as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious sales or customer service experienceStrong communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skillsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeExperience with ticketing systems; Tix experience preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, professional, and customer-focusedFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and additional hours during busy periodsSchedule & Requirements8–12 hours per week in a job-sharing arrangement, alternating daily hours with another Box Office AssociateRegular box office hours: Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM, with additional hours during performances and special eventsAbility to sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs as neededAbility to lift up to 50 poundsComfortable working occasionally in a theater environment with low lighting and moderate noiseAll full-time positions include a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, company-paid life insurance, and long-term disability coverage.
