Qualifications

• Experience in Box Office / Ticketing Management.
• Flexible Schedule (days/nights, weekends, holidays).
• Experience in Cash Handling.
• Leadership, Management and Customer Service.
• Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Oversee box office operations during events, including Will Call, Guest List, Ticket Sales and Scanning.
• Support and coach box office staff in daily tasks and during peak periods.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment within the department.
