Job summary

Legends Global in Tysons, VA seeks a Box Office Supervisor to manage day-to-day ticket operations using Ticketmaster/Archtics. You will oversee staff, handle cash, process orders, and coordinate with promoters, facility personnel, and the ticket company to ensure accurate inventory and timely reporting.

You will supervise ticket sellers, prepare daily reports, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with policies and resolving issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• Ticketmaster platform experience required, Archtics preferred.
• Experience in accounting and customer service essential.
• Box office experience in a similar environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build shows and add-ons using Ticketmaster for high-volume venue.
• Forecast labor and communicate with other departments.
• Update weekly calendars and trackers in Excel.
• Prepare daily transaction reports.
• Supervise and schedule ticket sellers; manage weekly payroll.
• Process group sales orders and complimentary ticket requests.
• Coordinate event information between promoter, facility, and ticket company.
• Maintain communications with ticket company representatives for updates.
• Assist with cash handling and daily ticket inventory.
• Prepare final box office statements for settlement.
• Respond to customer inquiries to maintain positive rapport.
• Maintain event files: holds, vouchers, audits, and inventory schedules.
• Reconcile tickets sold with money received and change given.
