Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time Box Office Ticket Seller at Capital One Hall in Tysons, VA. You will sell in-person tickets via Ticketmaster, handle Will-Call, and assist guests with seating, pricing, and parking information.

The ideal candidate has strong cash handling, excellent communication, and prior customer service experience in an entertainment venue; Ticketmaster experience is a plus. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of customer service experience.
• Experience in an entertainment venue; Ticketmaster experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets in-person using Ticketmaster.
• Handle Will-Call and balance cash drawer.
• Provide courteous customer service and assist guests with event details and parking.
