Qualifications

• Experience in Box Office / Ticketing Management.
• Flexible Schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in Cash Handling and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
• Leadership, Management and Customer Service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Organize/Manage daily & nightly Box Office operations (Will Call, Guest List, Ticket Sales, Ticket Scanning).
• Support box office staff and maintain positive team environment.
• Ensure accurate staffing, training and performance evaluations.
• Maintain inter-departmental communications with venue and staff.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and daily revenue reconciliation.
• Assist with payroll scheduling and band settlement when needed.
