Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling procedures.
• Experience in customer service in person and over the phone.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible schedule required (days/nights/weekends/holidays).

• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Balance and reconcile daily ticket sales.
• Assist with cash drawer and ticket stock reconciliation.
• Assist with pricing initiatives and ticket offers when applicable.
• Distribute daily ticket counts to Artist Representatives as needed.
• Operate Ticketmaster host system for sales and related tasks.
• Maintain box office cleanliness and follow dress code.
• Support night-of-show operations and ADA requirements.
