Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is hiring for an entry-level Guest Services/Ticketing position at our venues in the United States. You will handle cash, assist customers, answer phones, and manage will-call and ticketing procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of phone handling, cashiering and customer service.
• Entry level knowledge of basic computer operation and POS systems.
• Ability to type 30 wpm and maintain accuracy.
