Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a part-time Box Office Seller in Riverside, CA. You’ll manage cash handling, assist with Will Call, and provide friendly customer service for events, including night-of-show operations and ADA considerations.

The role requires basic Microsoft Office skills, flexibility in schedule, and a high school diploma. Prior Ticketmaster host system familiarity is a plus and not required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of phone and in-person customer service.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash, balance at close and assist in ticket stock reconciliation.
• Support Will Call and guest list operations night of show.
• Provide courteous, knowledgeable service in person and by phone.
• Assist with ADA requirements and event inquiries.
• Maintain box office area and update logs as needed.
