Job summary

The Granada Theatre is seeking a Part-Time, non-exempt Ticketing Services Associate to assist customers, sell tickets, and manage Will Call and renewals in the box office in Santa Barbara.

You will work 15-29 hours weekly with evening/ weekend shifts, and must provide friendly, accurate service using Tessitura and basic math for transactions.

This role reports to the Ticketing Services Assistant Manager and Manager and requires professionalism and attention to detail in a busy venue environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and professionalism in a busy box office.
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Experience with ticketing systems or retail environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets using Tessitura and process transactions accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to Granada Theatre patrons and season ticket holders.
• Maintain ticketing database accurately and fulfill season ticket renewals and requests.
• Perform sales and will call functions during performances as assigned.
• Carry out general office duties as needed.
