Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc in Roseville, CA is seeking a friendly, outgoing team member to support the Bowling Department and deliver exceptional customer service in a busy, fun environment.

Key duties include operating the POS, allocating lanes, handling sales and reservations, promoting events, maintaining equipment and facilities, and ensuring a clean, safe space. A high school diploma or GED is required, with open availability especially nights and weekends preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience in hospitality or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates POS system to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes.
• Promotes and conducts marketing events and activities.
• Resets and cleans facility, maintains lanes and equipment.
• Checks conditions of all equipment and handles routine maintenance.
• Handles opening and closing procedures and cash tills.
• Assists with party reservations and hosting events.
• Answers general inquiries and conducts sales.
• Performs inventory procedures and restroom checks.
