Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc. in Danbury, CT is seeking a friendly, outgoing team member to support the Bowling Department and deliver exceptional customer service in a lively entertainment venue.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, assisting with lane assignments, promoting events, performing routine facility cleanup, and helping with reservations and party hosting. Weekend and night shifts are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous hospitality/retail experience preferred.
• Weekend and night availability helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS to collect payments and assign lanes.
• Promote events and assist with Moon Light Strike.
• Reset and clean lanes, karaoke rooms, and arcade areas.
• Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance.
• Open/close shifts and manage cash tills.
• Assist with party reservations and hosting events.
