Job summary

Round One Entertainment Inc. in Dayton, OH is seeking a friendly, outgoing team member to support the Bowling Department and deliver outstanding guest service.

You will operate the POS, assist with lane maintenance, help run events, and handle reservations while upholding safety and cleanliness standards in a busy entertainment venue. This role requires 21+ and availability on weekends/nights; you may lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• High School diploma and 1–2 years in hospitality/retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates POS to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes.
• Promotes and conducts marketing events under Bowling Management.
• Resets and cleans the facility after customers finish using it.
• Maintains lane equipment and performs basic repairs.
• Answers phone inquiries and conducts sales.
• Assists with party reservations and hosting events.
