Wow! Zone Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Bowling Customer Service Desk shift lead closer in the Mankato area to greet guests and guide them through our attractions, including bowling, arcade games, laser tag, and mini golf.

The role focuses on delivering friendly service, sharing information about events and promotions, handling transactions accurately, and resolving guest questions promptly to ensure a memorable visit.

At WOW Zone, the Bowling Customer Service Desk is the heartbeat of our guest experience. As a Bowling Customer Service team member, you are the first point of contact and play a crucial role in setting the tone for a fantastic visit. We are currently seeking a shift lead closer for coverage Thursday through Sunday evenings. Shift times will vary in the time frame of 4:00pm - 12:00am. The WOW! Zone is proud to provide opportunity for cross-training and advancement in the business through dedication and hard-work of our team members.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming Guests: Greet every guest with enthusiasm and a warm smile to make them feel valued and excited about their visit.
• Providing Information: Be well-versed in all activities, events, and specials, offering clear and helpful information to guide guests through their options.
• Enhancing Experience: Use your high energy and positive attitude to ensure guests have a FUN and memorable experience, answering questions and resolving any issues promptly.
• Handling Money: Accurately process transactions and handle cash or credit cards with precision, ensuring all financial procedures are followed.
• Answering Phones: Manage incoming calls professionally, providing information and assistance to callers and addressing their needs efficiently.
• Promoting Activities: Inform guests about ongoing promotions and special offers to enhance their visit and encourage participation in various activities.
