Job summary

Thunderzone LLC in Douglasville, GA is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to be the face of the venue, greeting guests, answering phones, and driving sales of lane time, laser tag and arcade cards. You’ll coordinate lane flow, sanitize equipment, and keep the redemption counter organized to ensure guests leave excited and satisfied.

• Tech‑Savvy: Ability to quickly and accurately learn our Point‑of‑Sale (POS) registers and specialized scoring systems.
• Team Player: A positive “can-do” attitude and a willingness to collaborate.
• Multitasking Pro: Comfort handling multiple priorities at once.
• Preferred Experience: Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

As the face of Thunderzone, you set the tone for every guest's visit! This role is perfect for a multitasker who loves interacting with people. You’ll handle everything from greeting guests and answering phones to selling lane time, laser tag and arcade cards. You are the \"Air Traffic Controller\" of the building—ensuring lane tables are clean, shoes and balls are sanitized, and arcade players are getting their prizes at the redemption counter. Responsibilities

• Guest Services & Sales
  
  
  
  • Warm Welcome & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, greeting everyone with a friendly, professional demeanor and handling incoming phone inquiries with efficiency.
  
  
  • Transaction Management: Process sales for lane time, laser tag sessions, arcade cards, and other attractions using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately.
  
  
  • Proactive Guest Support: Assist guests with attraction information, booking questions, and troubleshooting any immediate concerns to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure.

  • Maintaining Standards: Conduct routine floor walks to ensure all areas, including lane tables, seating, and common spaces, are kept clean, tidy, and guest‑ready at all times.
  
  
  • General Maintenance: Perform light, ongoing building maintenance tasks as needed to uphold a safe and welcoming environment.
  
  
  • Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a safe environment by following all established cleaning protocols and keeping workspaces free of hazards.

Availability & Requirements (Mandatory)

We are a \"Peak-Time\" business. To be considered, you must meet the following availability:

• Late Nights: Willingness to work until 11:00 PM (Sun–Thurs) and until 1:00 AM (Fri–Sat).


• Holidays: Availability to work all major holidays (we are open when the fun is happening!).
