Wow! Zone Family Entertainment Center in Mankato, MN is seeking a Bowling Customer Service Desk shift lead closer (Thu-Sun, 4:00pm–12:00am).

This on-site role focuses on creating a welcoming guest experience and guiding visitors through our bowling and arcade attractions. You will greet guests, provide information on activities and specials, handle transactions with accuracy, answer phones, and promote ongoing promotions to boost participation.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Availability on Thursdays through Sundays evenings, with flexibility for shift times.
• Ability to learn activities, events, and promotions to inform guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming Guests: Greet every guest with enthusiasm and a warm smile to make them feel valued and excited about their visit.
• Providing Information: Be well-versed in all activities, events, and specials, offering clear and helpful information to guide guests through their options.
• Enhancing Experience: Use your high energy and positive attitude to ensure guests have a FUN and memorable experience, answering questions and resolving any issues promptly.
• Handling Money: Accurately process transactions and handle cash or credit cards with precision, ensuring all financial procedures are followed.
• Answering Phones: Manage incoming calls professionally, providing information and assistance to callers and addressing their needs efficiently.
• Promoting Activities: Inform guests about ongoing promotions and special offers to enhance their visit and encourage participation in various activities.

As a Bowling Customer Service team member, you are the first point of contact and play a crucial role in setting the tone for a fantastic visit. We are currently seeking a shift lead closer for coverage Thursday through Sunday evenings. Shift times will vary in the time frame of 4:00pm - 12:00am. The WOW!
