Job summary

Round One Entertainment in Edison, NJ is seeking a Bowling Supervisor to lead our bowling department, rentals, and party operations. You will interact with guests, coordinate with events and management, and ensure service excellence in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.

Applicants must be 21+, ready to work hours from 10:00 AM to 2:00 AM daily, and capable of overseeing staff, handling till duties, and promoting games and memberships to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in retailer/restaurant or bowling environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells bowling games, memberships.
• Operates bowling pinsetter system (VECTOR/SYNC).
• Provides customers with bowling tips and techniques.
• Directly supervises department lead to ensure compliance with policies and sales goals.
• Conducts opening and closing duties for department and handles tills.
• Maintains excellent customer service and resolves issues promptly.
• Enforces alcohol and age restrictions per company policy.
• Supports promotional activities and helps increase store traffic.
