Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in bowling, retail, or hospitality environments.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and expectations.
• Reliable, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks and coordinating shifts.
• Flexible to adapt to changing needs, schedules, and guest volumes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training and guide team members to support performance and adherence to standards.
• Monitor operations, guest interactions, and service flow for quality and safety.
• Serve as shift lead and escalate complex issues to management as needed.
• Maintain bowling center standards: cleanliness, equipment, and inventory.
• Oversee shift activities: POS, guest check-ins, and team role coordination.
• Help control labor and operational costs to optimize profits.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls.
