Job summary

Main Event Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Bowl Attendant to welcome guests, guide activities, and ensure a fun, safe bowling experience. You will operate multiple systems, assist with lane setup, handle shoe cleaning, and keep desks and lanes organized.

We value guest-focused teamwork, strong communication, and a positive, energetic attitude. Availability across days, nights, and weekends is required, with entry-level pay and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to workdays, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcome and engage with all guests while being a FUN ambassador!
• Promoting and recommending activities based on a Guest’s needs and activity availability
• Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls
• Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes; maintaining shoe organization
• Escorting Guests to their lane and assisting them with their lane setup and ball selection
• Ensuring Guests adhere to all bowling safety standards (gotta play safe!)
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Maintaining a clean and organized Bowl Desk and lanes; completing side duties
