Qualifications

• Experience in boutique fitness or customer-focused environment.
• Teaching or coaching experience, with relevant certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and performance of the studio.
• Create an exceptional and welcoming experience for every member.
• Lead, support and develop the studio team and instructors.
• Help drive membership sales, retention and overall studio growth.
• Build meaningful relationships with prospective members and local businesses.
• Support community events, workshops and studio initiatives.
• Monitor key studio performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth.
• Support studio scheduling, budgeting and operational goals.
• Teach classes each week across relevant movement disciplines.
