Qualifications

• 3+ years owning customer or member experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality
• Proven ability to drive member engagement and retention
• Strong communication and follow-through with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Cultivate MP community and culture while upholding mission and values
• Own end-to-end member experience from first visit onward
• Run daily studio operations including opening/closing and inventory
• Represent the brand and coordinate maintenance to ensure a welcoming space
