Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients and instructors to deliver a welcoming experience.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage member inquiries.
• Greet, check-in, and thank clients upon arrival/departure.
• Sell memberships and class packages in person, online, and over the phone.
• Process retail sales and restock inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean studio and front desk area.
• Open/close duties in coordination with GM/Owner-Operator.
