Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a front-desk or retail environment.
• Ability to sell memberships and class packages in person or over the phone.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and handling inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering a boutique fitness experience to clients every visit.
• Provide the highest level of service to clients and visitors on arrival.
• Greet/check-in clients and thank them as they leave.
• Recruit and retain clients, answer questions, solve problems, refer concerns as needed.
• Sell memberships and class packages in-person, online, and via phone.
• Support staff by using the CRM system (AXLE) to facilitate sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby.
• Process retail sales and restock inventory as needed.
