JETSET Pilates is seeking a General Manager in San Diego to lead a high‑performing team, drive memberships, and ensure an exceptional client experience. This hands‑on role combines business management with active instruction and community engagement, including completing the Instructor Training Academy and teaching multiple classes weekly.

You will oversee operations, staff scheduling, guest hospitality, and KPI‑driven strategies to boost retention, utilization, and revenue while representing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or luxury membership models.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams across multiple locations or pre-opening contexts.
• Strong sales instincts with experience meeting revenue targets and coaching others.
• Highly analytical: comfortable building reports, interpreting data, and making data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and maintain brand standards.
• Outstanding communicator who connects with people and makes clients and staff feel valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop instructors and Studio Leads.
• Recruit and onboard new team members as needed.
• Provide consistent feedback and conduct performance conversations.
• Foster an engaging, accountable team culture.
• Identify and develop future leaders through coaching and mentorship.
• Own daily studio operations and ensure exceptional hospitality and client experience.
