Job summary

JETSET Pilates in Knoxville seeks a General Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and grow memberships. The role combines business management with active instruction and community engagement, including teaching classes and maintaining brand standards.

The GM is expected to complete the Instructor Training Academy, teach 6-8 classes weekly, and be in-studio at least 25 hours weekly. Strong leadership, sales, and client-experience focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or luxury service environments.
• Strong sales instincts with track record of driving revenue targets.
• Highly analytical with ability to build reports and act on metrics.
• Exceptional organizational skills managing competing priorities.
• Outstanding communicator who connects with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop instructors and Studio Leads; recruit and onboard new team members.
• Own daily studio operations and ensure exceptional hospitality and client experience.
• Analyze KPIs and implement action plans to improve membership and revenue.
• Build relationships within the local community and support partnerships.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability and expense control.
• Drive ownership of operational performance and provide regular business updates.
• Mentor future leaders and grow multi-location leadership capabilities.
