JETSET Pilates is a modern, music-driven Pilates brand redefining the boutique fitness experience. The General Manager leads a high-performing team, driving operations, membership growth, and an exceptional client experience.

This hands-on role includes teaching and active in-studio presence, plus completing the Instructor Training Academy. You’ll guide leadership development, manage day-to-day operations, optimize revenue, and engage with the local community as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations or general management in boutique fitness or hospitality.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams across locations.
• Entrepreneurial drive with initiative and problem-solving.
• Strong sales instincts with revenue targets and coaching.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Hands-on fitness instruction experience preferred.
• Passion for community building and local wellness.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop instructors and studio leads.
• Recruit and onboard new team members.
• Provide feedback and conduct performance conversations.
• Foster an engaging, accountable team culture.
• Own daily studio operations and guest experience.
• Manage class schedules and staffing; maintain facilities.
• Monitor KPIs and drive member retention & revenue growth.
• Build community partnerships and represent the brand.
