Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a General Manager to lead a flagship studio with a hands-on approach to business management and instruction. You will drive membership growth, elevate the client experience, and ensure operational excellence across scheduling, facilities, and team performance.

You’ll coach instructors, manage a high-performing team, and partner with owners to optimize profitability while maintaining brand standards and community engagement in a fast-paced boutique fitness environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience
• Experience leading boutique fitness or luxury service teams preferred
• Strong sales, coaching, and people-management skills
• Proven ability to analyze KPIs and drive retention
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop instructors and Studio Leads.
• Own daily studio operations and ensure hospitality and client experience.
• Analyze KPIs and implement action plans to improve membership, utilization and revenue.
• Build community partnerships and represent the brand in the local market.
• Monitor profitability, payroll, expenses, and studio performance.
