JETSET Pilates is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and grow membership while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will complete the Instructor Training Academy, teach 6–8 classes per week, and maintain an active studio presence for at least 25 class times weekly.

Responsibilities include owning studio operations, guest experience, scheduling, and brand-aligned operations, with a focus on profitability, payroll, and expense

Formación

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience in boutique fitness or luxury service.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive problem-solving mindset and initiative.
• Strong sales instincts with experience driving revenue targets.
• Analytical and data-driven with ability to build reports and guide decisions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Hands-on fitness instruction or coaching experience preferred.
• Passion for community building and local wellness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop instructors and studio leads.
• Own daily studio operations and ensure exceptional hospitality and guest experience.
• Manage class schedules, staffing, and facility standards.
• Drive memberships, utilization, retention, referrals, and recurring revenue.
• Build relationships within the local community and partnerships.
• Provide regular business updates to ownership and monitor KPIs.
• Represent JETSET as a brand ambassador.
