Job summary

Marc Jacobs International seeks a Store Manager to lead its Wrentham store in Wr entham, Massachusetts. The Store Manager partners with the Sales Supervisor to drive Sales Generation, People Development, Operations and Visual Merchandising, ensuring exceptional customer service and brand alignment.

You will train and coach a diverse team, monitor KPIs, and manage daily store functions from opening to closing.

Qualifications

Experience in a managerial retail role in a store/boutique setting.
Knowledge/interest in art, photography, literature.
Strong understanding of retail store operations and concepts.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

Lead the Wrentham store in all aspects: sales generation, people development, operations and visual merchandising.
Coach and develop Sales Supervisors, Sales and Support Associates.
Monitor KPIs and set daily/ monthly targets; drive selling ceremony.
Ensure store operations, back-office, stock, cash, cleanliness, and maintenance.
Lead visual merchandising to brand standards and maintain presentation.
Recruit, onboard, and evaluate team performance; conduct monthly one-on-one meetings.
Communicate brand strategy and local market opportunities.
Coordinate with HR for payroll and attendance; plan monthly staffing.
