Job summary

Marc Jacobs International at the Wrentham Premium Outlet in Massachusetts is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support store leadership, drive sales, and coach the team toward exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead the sales floor, ensure guest readiness, uphold policies, and build loyal client relationships while demonstrating knowledge of the Marc Jacobs universe and brand pillars.

Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in retail, sales, or industry-adjacent role with a focus on customer service.
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for the Marc Jacobs brand and product offering.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual & store sales and KPIs.
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming.
• Build the sale by sharing styling expertise and product knowledge.
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management.
• Open and close the store according to Marc Jacobs procedure.
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom, adhere to policies.
