The role requires 4+ years in luxury retail with 3+ years in supervision, plus a passion for coffee and excellence in customer service. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in fast-paced or luxury retail.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for coffee, sustainability, and sharing our coffee culture.
• Availability for open/close shifts, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and develop people to drive high performance and engagement.
• Lead personalized coffee experiences and storytelling for customers.
• Lead training initiatives to build team capabilities and standards.
• Foster a collaborative, engaged team culture with regular touchpoints.
• Set targets and guide the team to sales and service excellence.
• Ensure SOPs, inventory control, and cost management with the District Manager.
• Promote safety and Nestlé’s EH&S policies.
• Drive community engagement and boutique performance improvements.
• Build community by connecting with locals and partners.
