Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking a Boutique Manager for our Charlotte, NC boutique. You’ll lead a best-in-class team, set the tone for brand storytelling, and connect with the local community while driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires 4+ years in fast-paced or luxury retail with at least 3 years of supervisory experience. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Availability for varied shifts is expected.
