Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA in Charlotte is seeking a Boutique Operations Manager to oversee daily store functions and inventory, while upholding safety standards. You will report to the Boutique Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth front- and back-of-house operations.

You will lead a small back-of-house team and support front-of-house operations, delivering exceptional service and driving efficiency with a proactive leadership approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years’ experience in retail or customer service industry.
• Experience in operations or back-of-house is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and influence people; leadership experience preferred.
• Process and detail oriented with a systematic approach to work.
• Availability to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Travel up to 10% for required meetings or training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store functions with Boutique Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Manage inventory, safety, and compliance protocols.
• Lead back-of-house operations and staff development.
• Support front-of-house operations and MOD duties as needed.
• Identify operational efficiencies and drive improvements.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
