Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a boutique's non-selling functions and join the leadership team. The role covers daily store operations such as payroll, POS functions, shipping/receiving, loss prevention, facilities, and expense control.

The candidate will produce operational reports, supervise back-of-house activities, and manage payroll and scheduling while maintaining budget compliance. Strong customer service and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage store operations, including payroll, customer service, shipping and receiving, alterations, and facilities.
• Ability to maintain workforce records and documentation and operate point-of-sale, inventory, security, and office systems.
• Ability to develop and train employees, prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, and communicate clearly.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service and apply fair, consistent workforce standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain operational reports and records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Keep back-of-house operations organized and oversee store opening, closing, and security procedures.
• Assist with payroll management and associate scheduling while ensuring payroll budget compliance.
• Help resolve issues affecting service, efficiency, and productivity, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Oversee facilities, equipment, shipping and receiving, after-sales processes, supply orders, and loss prevention.
• Support workforce development and exercise sound judgment in day-to-day store operations.
