Job summary

Brobston Group in Los Angeles is seeking a Client Service Representative to manage day-to-day client service, POS operations, aftersales, and inventory control. The role partners with boutique management to ensure premium service and loss prevention.

Responsibilities include assisting on the selling floor, addressing issues at the cash wrap, and supporting safety, receiving, and other operational tasks within the boutique. Strong communication and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail cashiering experience; luxury experience preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support selling floor and participate in inventories.
• Resolve problems and improve service and productivity at the cash wrap.
• Support boutique operations, including safety, procedures, product receiving and other tasks.
