Job summary

The Brobston Group is seeking a Boutique Operations Associate to support inventory integrity and efficient daily operations at our boutique. The role focuses on organized, timely inventory management, accurate stock control, and smooth deliveries and transfers to ensure profitability.

You will work closely with boutique teams and finance to share updates, resolve consignment issues, and maintain adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or luxury product experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and the ability to build effective relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods and regularly lift boxes weighing up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and organize weekly and monthly cycle counts.
• Organize stockroom and floor inventory, receive and inspect deliveries, and manage transfers and end-of-season returns.
• Share operational updates, inventory results, and consignment issues with boutique teams and finance.
• Manage shipping and VAT documents, book couriers, order store supplies, and support updates to operating procedures.
