Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the boutique's day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence across staffing, financial processes, logistics, and inventory.

You will lead the operations team, partner with management on costs, audits, displays, and opening/closing procedures, and train staff while supporting regional and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Five to eight years of operations management experience in luxury retail, including experience leading leaders and managing direct reports.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team understands and follows Maison policies, procedures, security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee product movement, inventory counts, transactional paperwork, boutique supplies, and client repair processes.
• Partner with boutique management on operating costs, audits, display maintenance, and efficient opening and closing procedures.
• Train, coach, and develop team members, communicate performance expectations, and promote an inclusive, collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams on operational tools, training, and best practices.
