Job summary

Brobston Group in Los Angeles is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage the boutique's day-to-day non-selling functions in partnership with boutique management. The role supports smooth operations across inventory, shipping and receiving, after-sales service, loss prevention, and facilities.

You will oversee shipping and receiving, inventory control, loss prevention, and POS support, while also ensuring facilities maintenance and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail stock associate experience, including an operations background.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Available to work a full-time schedule, including varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move and handle merchandise and fixtures, including lifting boxes.
• Willingness to follow company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards, and to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving, after-sales service, and inventory control.
• Support loss prevention and point-of-sale functions.
• Oversee facilities maintenance and assist with other areas of boutique operations as needed.
