Job summary

The Operations Coordinator at Brobston Group supports the boutique's commercial success by maintaining compliance and operational excellence. This role manages daily administrative, financial, logistics, and inventory processes while contributing to a seamless client experience.

Responsible for opening/closing procedures, product movement, and collaboration with boutique teams, you will ensure accurate financial paperwork and strong store operations in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred; luxury retail, service or hospitality ops experience is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills with SAP knowledge preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate boutique opening/closing, product movement, shipping, receiving and inventory control.
• Monitor sales transactions and financial paperwork for timely/accurate submission.
• Maintain boutique supplies, organization, equipment and operational standards.
• Support audits, care service processes, special projects and collaboration with boutique teams.
