You will work with clinicians and staff to ensure exceptional client service and smooth scheduling in a friendly, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of veterinary experience in a client facing role preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable around all types of animals – dogs and cats mainly.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a busy environment.
• Passion for animals.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients, deliver best in class customer service, and answer client questions informatively and warmly.
• Communicate and collaborate with staff regarding patient care and client questions.
• Document communications and conversations.
• Maintain common areas.
• Manage the appointment schedule.
