The role aligns with Veterinary Receptionist or Client Care Specialist positions, focusing on administrative tasks and patient flow.

The ideal candidate will handle front-desk duties, appointment scheduling, data entry, and basic client education while supporting a compassionate culture of care for pets

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have customer service experience.
• Experience handling multiple phone lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent in-person, phone, and online service for clients.
• Manage lobby flow, schedule appointments, and address concerns.
• Assist with basic medical emergencies and patient care guidance.
