• Applicants must be 18 years or older
• Customer service experience required
• Must handle multiple phone lines

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent in-person, phone, and email customer service
• Manage lobby flow, address concerns, calm distressed owners, schedule appointments
• Assist with medication pickups and client inquiries
• Input and manage data in practice management software including billing
• Assist with retail sales, weigh pets, process faxes, maintain records
• Reconcile cash drawer and perform end-of-day financial tasks
