Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee boutique operations and ensure SOPs, systems and tools are maintained.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Boutique Leaders to ensure operational excellence.
• Own key functions: inventory control, cycle counts, shipping and receiving; support facilities, security and compliance.
• Coach and inspire the team to uphold operational excellence and deliver superior client experience.
• Support various projects, initiatives, sales and customer service to drive efficiency.
